How to Build Mindfulness Using Circle Drawing

In this episode check out a mindfulness practice that connects the drawing of circles to our breath.

This mindfulness practice borrows from the Enso, a sacred symbol in the Zen school of Buddhism. An enso is traditionally a circle that is drawn using a brush with one single, uninterrupted fluid movement.
